You can leave your luggage at the counter during the procedure, and there's a very friendly Chinese translator who will accompany you throughout. The staff were very professional and caring, both before and during the procedure, applying the numbing cream. I came here to improve my facial contours, as I also had some acne scars and wanted to address my pores. After the assessment, the consultant recommended Rejuvenate Blue and Gold Microneedling for my skin type, and Ultherapy for my facial contours. Although Ultherapy is very painful, they constantly tried to distract me during the process (using dolls and vibrators). If I really couldn't take it and burst into tears, they would stop and let me express my emotions. Highly recommended!
