Ssangsera® is Maison de M's New Ulthera Prime treatment, performed on both sides of the face at the same time. Because daily habits and other factors leave each side of the face different in condition and symmetry, real-time imaging (DeepSee™) makes the skin layers visible so both sides can be compared before the treatment direction and number of shots are planned. Heat at 60-70 °C is delivered from the dermis to the SMAS layer to induce collagen denaturation and new collagen formation, aiming to support lifting and tightening without incisions.

New Ulthera Prime Ssangsera® for Asymmetry

• Reduced treatment time and discomfort
• Simultaneous ultrasound visualization of both sides’ skin layers
• Precise comparative analysis before treatment
• Correction of bilateral asymmetry
• Multi-layer targeting of inner & outer skin for simultaneous lifting & tightening
• No surgery — natural lifting results!
• Tailored carefully to ages 20s–50s and individual skin conditions
• FDA-cleared, genuine ultrasound lifting you can see in real time! Maison de M NEW Ulthera Prime!

Ulthera
Born from Dr. Min Byung-yi’s extensive treatment know-how Maison de M Ssangsera® #AsymmetryCorrection #Full-FaceLifting

With the upgraded Ulthera Prime, symmetry is ensured and lifting is powerful! Daily habits and other factors can change the symmetry and skin condition on each side of the face, so to achieve precise symmetry, both sides should be treated simultaneously.

Long-Lasting Results with Customized Treatment

Maison de M New Ulthera Prime

  • Expertise

For precise symmetry correction with Ulthera Prime Ssangsera, extensive procedural experience and know-how are essential.

Dr. Min Byung-yi, Clinical Advisor for Ulthera, Merz Korea

Using visualized microfocused ultrasound, we plan the treatment direction and the required number of shots based on the depth and condition of each skin layer by area.

High-intensity ultrasound energy reaches from the dermis to the muscle layer, helping collagen regeneration and effectively improving overall facial firmness and fundamental wrinkles.

  • Step. 01

Experienced specialists with a deep understanding of skin layers and aging provide meticulous care from consultation to treatment.

  • Step. 02

Plan the treatment direction and number of shots using visualized high-intensity ultrasound according to each area’s skin-layer depth and condition.

  • Step. 03

Under direct visualization, deliver energy to the SMAS layer without surgery for precise and safe, area-specific treatment.

  • Step. 04

Precise, delicate treatment without incisions improves wrinkles and lifting in targeted areas.

  • Step. 05

A safe anesthesia system allows quick recovery so you can return to daily life with minimal discomfort.

Real-Time Imaging Technology (DeepSee™)

Ulthera® uses visualized microfocused ultrasound (MFU-V) to visualize tissue layers while creating individual thermal coagulation points (TCPs). This technology combines temperature, depth, and precision to deliver accurate and consistent outcomes.
*MFU-V: Microfocused Ultrasound with Visualization

The patented Ulthera® DeepSee™ transducer’s real-time imaging is the only technology that lets you visually confirm the non-invasive treatment area. The Ulthera® transducer concentrates ultrasound energy beneath the skin to heat tissue non-invasively.

Ulthera®

Precisely delivers heat at 60–70 °C—the optimal temperature for new collagen formation and remodeling—to the target tissue.

  • Collagen

    Collagen Denaturation

The initial lifting effect visible right after starting Ulthera is due to thermal coagulation points (TCPs) created in the dermis and SMAS, which induce collagen coagulation, denaturation, and contraction.

    *TCP: Targeted Coagulation Point

  • Collagen

    Neocollagenesis & Remodeling

Once TCPs are created, a natural healing response promotes long-term tissue remodeling with continued improvements in firmness. At 60–70 °C, internal cross-links in collagen are released and denaturation begins.
